Part of the reason that people invest in precious metals is that they want control over their wealth. That control comes with some considerable responsibility. One thing you can count on is that gold bars, gold coins and anything else made out of any precious metal will be sorely missed if it is destroyed or stolen. In fact, you could lose the better part of your entire life’s savings if the metals markets are the primary ones in which you invest. You’ll have the choice of buying bullion or coins physically or titles to them. Each has different advantages.
